Safety reports
You can report and mute from inside the app — press and hold someone’s name. Muting stops notifications about that person’s taps reaching you. You still get the Go when the group is actually going, they are never told, and nothing else about them changes — their name, the groups they are in, and everything they can do stay exactly as they were.
Reports are reviewed by a person within 24 hours. If something is urgent, put “urgent” in the subject and it goes to the front. We tell the reporter what we did.
Common questions
There is no button to restart a round
Deliberately. A round ends on its own timer — 15 minutes by default. Any design where a human has to remember to reset would fail at exactly the moment everyone has walked away from their phones.
I changed the target number and it did not apply to the current round
Correct. A new target takes effect after the current round ends. If the bar could move mid-round, someone sitting at 3 out of 4 could drop the target to 3 and force the group out the door — which feels like cheating, and starts an argument.
I lost the invite code
It is always on the group screen. You do not need to make a new one; a code you read out yesterday still works today. Codes are valid for seven days by default.
What does setting myself to “away” do?
It takes you out of the count and lowers the group’s target by one. Any press you were holding is withdrawn. You still get the notification when the group actually goes — you might want to come back for it.
Notifications are late, or do not arrive
Check your device’s focus modes, battery saving, and notification permission, and check that the group is not muted in the app’s notification settings. If it still misbehaves, write to support@i12.net and say which device you are on.
